By subscribing to the Feasts & Treats mobile application as a service provider or consumer, you explicitly acknowledge that you have read and understood the terms of the Feasts & Treats Privacy Policy. You agree to be notified regarding a "privacy policy update" via instant messaging notification, electronic mail, and/or within the Feasts & Treats application. You also agree to familiarise yourself with any updates as required from time to time. We outline how, why, and when Feasts & Treats uses your Personal Information to comply with POPI, GDPR, and the UK's Consumer Contracts Regulations.
The POPI Act, GDPR, and the UK's Consumer Contracts Regulations collectively mandate that personal information must be collected directly from you through any of our multiple communication channels. Should your Personal Information change or you wish to amend and/or correct this Personal Information, you can do this by updating your registered user information in your account profile. We retain your information for as long as you engage on the application as a service provider/consumer and/or until the purpose for collection thereof has expired or as long as there is a legal requirement to do so, subject to your requesting that we stop processing your personal information.
COOKIES AND FURTHER INFORMATION WHICH WE MAY COLLECT

Additionally, we have procedures for Personal Information breach reporting and remediation. Users and service providers are advised to read the Privacy policies of third parties, as Feasts & Treats cannot control how a third party uses personal information.
