These custom orders are then emailed to the service provider. The service provider can view all orders and custom orders on the app.

The service provider will receive an order and accept/reject an orders as needed.
The service provider can communicate with the customer on the app. In this way, the service provider can keep their contact number private.
Service providers have the option to advertise their products/services on the app.
